Norton Healthcare Inc. reached a tentative settlement in a proposed class action challenging the fees and investment options in its $900 million 401(k) plan, according to court papers filed in the Western District of Kentucky.
The parties reached an agreement after a Nov. 11 mediation session and expect to file formal settlement paperwork in January, they said in a joint status update submitted to Chief Judge Greg N. Stivers of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky.
