Northern Trust Gets Nod for $2.5 Million AutoZone 401(k) Deal

AutoZone Inc. workers challenging the fees and investment allocation services in their 401(k) plan received initial approval for a $2.5 million class settlement with Northern Trust Corp.

The deal resolves claims against Northern Trust but doesn’t affect the workers’ pending claims against AutoZone, which went to trial in October 2023, according to the settlement motion.
