North Dakota’s Altru Health Sees Retirement Plan Lawsuit Trimmed

North Dakota’s Altru Health System must face a proposed class action challenging the fees and investments in its $358 million retirement plan after a federal judge trimmed several claims while allowing others to advance.

Plan participant Jana R. Rosenkranz is moving forward with challenges to the Altru plan’s record-keeping fees and the company’s alleged failure to offer the cheapest available share classes of certain investments.
