New Hampshire Health System Strikes Deal Over Retirement Plans

Workers suing Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic negotiated a class-wide settlement to end their lawsuit over the fees and investment options in the New Hampshire health system’s retirement plans.

The parties are in the process of finalizing a settlement agreement and expect to complete that process within 60 days, they said in a joint notice filed Thursday in the US District Court for the District of New Hampshire. The notice didn’t include details about the terms of the agreement.
