Pediatric health system Nemours Foundation agreed to pay $2.275 million to settle allegations that its retirement plans are plagued by excessive administrative fees.
The proposed deal, which represents about 39% of the potential recovery in the case, would cover participants in a pair of Nemours retirement plans between January 2017 and December 2025. Prior court filings estimate the class size at more than 13,000 people.
