MyMichigan Health struck a deal to settle a proposed class action by workers who say their retirement plan is plagued by an “entry-level” stable value investment that produces subpar returns.
The parties are finalizing paperwork for a class-wide settlement and plan to submit the deal for court approval by Feb. 27, 2026, they said in a joint settlement notice. The notice, filed Monday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, didn’t include details about the terms of the agreement.
