Musk, X Corp. Strike Deal in Another Twitter Severance Lawsuit

Elon Musk and X Corp. reached a settlement with three former high-level Twitter Inc. employees who say they were wrongly denied more than $53 million in severance after Musk’s takeover of the company.

The parties announced the deal in a Wednesday court filing asking Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley to pause the case. Their three-page status report didn’t include details about the terms of the agreement, and attorneys for the parties didn’t immediately respond to inquiries about the deal.
