Memorial Hermann Retirement Plan Fee Suit Moves Forward, Again

Houston’s Memorial Hermann Health System suffered another setback in a lawsuit over its retirement plan fee levels, when a federal magistrate judge said its latest motion to dismiss rehashed arguments that were previously rejected.

There’s been “no material changes in the law or facts” to warrant reconsidering an earlier decision allowing the case to advance, Magistrate Judge Christina A. Bryan said Tuesday in a nonbinding report.
