Two McLane Co. Inc. employees dropped their lawsuit accusing the grocery supply chain servicer of mismanaging their 401(k) plan with high fees and faulty investment options.
The employees’ notice of voluntary dismissal, filed Nov. 10 in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas, comes nearly one month after McLane asked the court to sanction them and their lawyers for pursuing frivolous claims.
