Marsh & McLennan Accuses Ex-Employees of Poaching Clients

A Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC team took client information and other trade secrets when its members, including a vice president, went to work for a competitor, MMA says in a new lawsuit.

The five team members violated confidentiality and non-solicitation agreements when they took materials and contacted clients after moving to EPIC Insurance Brokers and Consultants, MMA alleges in the complaint, filed July 26 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
