Lockheed Analyst’s Covid Vaccine Reaction Spurs Disability Suit

A former Lockheed Martin Corp. employee sued Life Insurance Co. of North America for disability benefits, saying she’s unable to work after an adverse reaction to the Covid-19 vaccine left her with severe fatigue and cognitive problems.

The employee, an aerospace and defense physics analyst who sued under the pseudonym Jane Doe, says she received two doses of the Pfizer Inc. Covid vaccine in early 2021. The second dose caused a severe reaction that ultimately led to debilitating medical issues including brain fog, post-exertional malaise, neurological pains, and difficulties with swallowing and breathing, according to the lawsuit.
