Live Nation Settles 401(k) Fee Suit After Ninth Circuit Look

Live Nation Entertainment struck a deal to end litigation over its 401(k) plan fees five months after a federal appeals court said the dispute likely belonged in arbitration.

The parties are resolving the case out of court and plan to submit paperwork to have the lawsuit dismissed within the next 30 days, Live Nation said. The company’s settlement notice, filed Monday in the US District Court for the Central District of California, included no details about the terms of the agreement.
