Lincoln Life Assurance Co. of Boston agreed to reconsider a claim for disability benefits filed by an MFS Investment Management employee experiencing significant fatigue and shortness of breath after his bout with Covid-19 in March 2020.
Lincoln will provide a “voluntary, post-filing remand review” of the claim and allow the worker to submit additional documentation, the parties said in a Monday court filing. Judge Allison D.
