Lawyers representing patients suing United Behavioral Health over its coverage of mental health and substance abuse treatments are facing a tentative sanction of $50,000 for sharing confidential information with the US Department of Labor.
Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers of the US District Court for the Northern District of California on Tuesday issued a tentative order imposing sanctions on Arnall Golden Gregory LLP and one of its attorneys for violating a protective order governing their lawsuit against the insurer.
