The Labor Department’s proposed rule that aims to make it easier for small businesses to gain access to health insurance should be finalized as early as this summer, Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta said April 16.
The DOL is working to finish up the final rule even though the comment period just ended a little over a month ago. Acosta was speaking alongside President Donald Trump at a Tax Cuts for Florida Small Businesses Roundtable event.
