Janus Henderson 401(k) Fund Class Status Row Still Pending (1)

Janus Henderson US Holdings Inc. will be able to oppose a certified class action by employees who say their 401(k) plan improperly favored the company’s expensive and poorly performing in-house funds.

Judge Raymond P. Moore on Tuesday withdrew a same-day order on class certification in a lawsuit involving plan participants who invested in Janus Henderson funds through the company’s 401(k) and employee stock ownership plan since September 2016, with those responsible for plan administration excluded.
