IRS Corrects Notice on 2015 Limits For Retirement Plan Benefits, Contributions

The IRS in Announcement 2014-37 corrected a typographical error in the notice providing 2015 cost-of-living adjustments to the limits on benefits and contributions for qualified retirement plans.

A section header in Notice 2014-70 referred to 2014 instead of 2015, the Internal Revenue Service said in the announcement, scheduled for publication Dec. 15, in Internal Revenue Bulletin 2014-51.

Notice 2014-70 was published Nov. 24 226 DTR G-1, 11/24/14.
