Indivior Stuck With Whistleblower’s Suboxone Conspiracy Claim

A whistleblower can advance a claim that Indivior conspired with Express Scripts to defraud the government by engaging in a kickback scheme related to Suboxone, a drug used in the treatment of opioid addiction and dependence.

Rebecca Miller adequately alleged that Indivior—referred to as RB Pharma—worked with pharmacy benefits manager Express Scripts to violate the False Claims Act, James P. Jones of the US District Court for the Western District of Virginia said in a Tuesday opinion.
