Honeywell Pension Spat Stays in Illinois Over Company Objection

Honeywell International Inc. failed to get litigation over pension benefits owed to former employees of an acquired company transferred to a federal court in its home state of North Carolina.

An Illinois federal judge on Tuesday denied the aerospace company’s motion to transfer the dispute to the federal court near its corporate headquarters in Charlotte, N.C.
