The parties reached a tentative agreement to settle all claims, except for plaintiff John McQuillin’s claim for attorneys’ fees, according to a letter filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York. The parties are exploring whether they can resolve the attorneys’ fee issue through private negotiation or mediation, they told Judge Joanna Seybert in the letter.
