A Georgia contracting business breached its fiduciary duties under federal benefits law by failing to pay premiums on its employees’ medical, dental, and vision coverage, a federal judge ruled.
Plaintiff Ryan Craft, a former All Concepts employee who filed a proposed class action against the countertop contractor, won summary judgment on his fiduciary breach claim under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
