The former general counsel for R&F Industries Inc. is poised to win a judgment of about $1 million in a lawsuit saying his retirement plan from Benefits for Corporate America Inc. refused to distribute or account for his assets.
Stanley McGlothlin is entitled to a default judgment of $939,317, along with attorneys’ fees and interest, in his lawsuit against Benefits for Corporate America and related defendants, Magistrate Judge Richard B. Farrer said in a nonbinding report. Each defendant failed to respond after being properly served with McGlothlin’s lawsuit, the judge said.
