Alison Gary failed to prove that her medical conditions, which included neurological problems caused by increased pressure on her brain stem, rendered her unable to work as a lawyer, a federal judge ruled.
An absence of relevant medical records following Gary’s 2014 surgery suggests the procedure was successful and cuts against her claim of disability, according to the April 29 ruling by Judge Marco A. Hernández of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon.
