Ex-Twitter Workers Disavow Tentative Settlement in Severance Row

Two former Twitter Inc. employees who sued Elon Musk and X Corp. over unpaid severance benefits have disavowed a tentative class settlement announced in August, according to a Wednesday court filing.

The employees, who appealed to the Ninth Circuit after their case was dismissed, have withdrawn their appeal and want the dispute to be sent back to district court so potential class members can be notified of that fact.
