Ex-General Mills Employee Drops Challenge to 401(k) Plan Fees

A former General Mills Inc. employee agreed to dismiss her federal lawsuit accusing the company of mismanaging its $4.4 billion 401(k) plan by paying excessive recordkeeping fees and taking an impermissible cut from plan assets.

The Minnesota-based food company and plaintiff Samina Yasmin agreed to end the lawsuit without costs or attorneys’ fees being assessed to either party, according to an order issued Tuesday by Chief Judge Patrick J.
