Ex-Deutsche Bank Executive Wins Disability Benefits From Unum

A Deutsche Bank executive who was terminated after suffering an injury that interfered with business travel won disability benefits from First Unum Life Insurance Co. after a federal judge in Boston said the insurer’s benefits denial was made in bad faith.
