Former Alorica Inc. employees asked a federal judge to certify a class of about 4,000 people in their lawsuit saying the customer service company mismanages its retirement plan through high fees.
The proposed class would cover participants in Alorica’s retirement plan between October 2016 and December 2022, who were commonly affected by the company’s alleged mismanagement of the plan, plaintiffs Aaron Munoz and Melissa Olsen said in a motion filed Nov. 8 in the US District Court for the Central District of California.
