Workers suing Envision Management Holding Inc.‘s board of directors over their employee stock ownership plan secured a court order certifying their case as a class action covering nearly 1,000 people.
The class includes all the Envision plan’s vested participants since September 2017 and their beneficiaries, with the defendants, company directors, and holders of certain stock rights excluded. The class members share common claims about the defendants’ fiduciary conduct, Judge Charlotte N. Sweeney of the US District Court for the District of Colorado said in a Jan. 24 order.
