EmblemHealth Sued for Cutting Health Coverage to Retired Execs

EmblemHealth Inc. is accused in a lawsuit of violating federal law and breaching employment contracts by terminating health-care coverage to a group of retired executives and their dependents (Abernethy v. EmblemHealth, Inc., S.D.N.Y., No. 1:17-cv-07814, complaint filed 10/11/17).
