Dr Pepper Can’t Escape Lawsuit Over Autism Treatment Coverage

A lawsuit accusing Dr Pepper Snapple Group of failing to cover autism treatments for children in its health plan is moving forward after being trimmed by a federal judge (Whitley v. Dr Pepper Snapple Grp., Inc., 2017 BL 331152, E.D. Tex., No. 4:17-cv-00047-ALM, 9/19/17).
