Defunct Philadelphia-based law firm Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP reached a class settlement in a lawsuit challenging how it managed the retirement benefits of non-equity partners and counsel.
The parties reached an agreement in principle and plan to submit the deal for court approval in February, according to a Wednesday court filing that didn’t include details about the settlement. Judge John M. Younge of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania set a Feb. 18, 2025, deadline for the settlement paperwork to be filed with the court.
