Dish Network, Workers Agree to Class Status in 401(k) Fee Suit

Dish Network Corp. agreed to have litigation challenging its retirement plan’s fees and investment options certified as a class action.

The parties on Tuesday filed a stipulation that would allow the lawsuit to cover a certified class consisting of all the plan’s participants and beneficiaries who invested in target date funds from Fidelity since 2016. The plan had more than 18,000 participants as of 2020, according to the complaint.
