Dentons Davis Brown Faces Proposed Class Suit Over COBRA Notices

Dentons Davis Brown PC failed to send a former employee a COBRA notice or inform her how to enroll in its health insurance program as required when she left, the employee said in a proposed class action filed in a federal court in Iowa.

The Iowa-based law firm’s failure left Tiffany Schriner unable to make an informed decision on electing continuing health insurance coverage, according to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of Iowa.
