DaVita, Workers Reach Deal to Settle Challenge to 401(k) Fees

DaVita Inc. and a proposed class of employees struck a tentative deal to settle litigation over the dialysis provider’s 401(k) plan fees.

The parties reached an agreement after a private mediation session and plan to submit the agreement for court approval by the end of the year, they told Judge William J. Martinez. Their status report, filed Monday in the US District Court for the District of Colorado, didn’t include details about the terms of the settlement.
