Dallas BBQ Workers Announce Class Settlement in Stock Plan Suit

Former employees of the Dallas BBQ restaurant chain have settled their class lawsuit challenging Argent Trust Co.'s handling of their employee stock ownership plan.

The parties reached a deal one week before the case was scheduled to go to trial before Judge Denise L. Cote in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. Their settlement notice filed Monday didn’t include details about the terms of the agreement.
