Crew Aviation LLC reached a settlement with pilots who say the private aircraft company failed to send workers’ 401(k) contributions to its retirement plan and make required matching contributions.
The parties reached an agreement to resolve all claims and plan to file paperwork to have the case dismissed next month, according to an order docketed Monday in the US District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. The order didn’t include details about the terms of the settlement, and attorneys for the parties didn’t immediately respond to inquiries about the development.
