CoreLogic Ex-Worker Given New Chance to Challenge 401(k) Fees

A former CoreLogic Inc. employee on Wednesday convinced the Ninth Circuit to revive his proposed class action over the financial analytics company’s retirement plan fees.

The worker should have been given an opportunity to press his claims again in an amended complaint, the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit said in an unpublished opinion. The case was dismissed on standing grounds, which means the dismissal shouldn’t have been made with prejudice, the appeals court said.
