A litigation associate at Cooley LLP sued
Unum wrongly concluded that the associate’s cognitive impairments and related symptoms didn’t prevent her from performing the material duties of a litigation attorney in the aftermath of the accident, according to a complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
