Cigna Sued for Allegedly Denying Depression Treatment

Cigna Health and Life Insurance Co. was hit with a class action complaint by a patient who alleges the company routinely denies health insurance coverage to plan participants who seek transcranial magnetic stimulation to treat major depressive disorder (Weil v.
