Chevron CEO Wirth Gets 8.8% Salary Hike After Record Profit Year

Chevron Corp. Chief Executive Officer Mike Wirth will receive an 8.8% increase in salary after the oil major posted record profit for 2022.

Wirth’s base salary will rise to $1.85 million this year, the San Ramon, California-based company said in a regulatory filing. Chief Financial Officer Pierre Breber will receive a 7% increase to 1.15 million.

There will be no change to the two executives’ bonus targets, according to the filing.
