The District of Arizona denied Sea Limited’s motion to transfer venue to a federal district court in New York in Laborers District Council Construction Industry Pension Fund’s federal securities class action lawsuit brought on behalf of a putative class of purchasers of Sea’s American Depository Shares. The court didn’t find either forum more convenient than the other, and said that Sea failed to make a strong showing of inconvenience to justify transfer.
