A federal district court in California granted in part and denied in part MultiPlan Inc. and Cigna Health and Life Insurance Co.'s motions to dismiss Anatomic and Clinical Laboratory Associates P.C.'s breach of contract and unjust enrichment action alleging denial of reimbursement for healthcare services provided to Cigna members. The court denied MultiPlan’s motion to dismiss the breach of contract claim and dismissed all other claims, and denied Cigna’s motion to dismiss the third-party beneficiary breach of contract and unjust enrichment claims and dismissed all other claims.
