Car Auction Company Worker Can Try One Claim in Benefits Dispute

A former Russo & Steele LLC employee seeking higher benefits under an executive compensation plan can go to trial on one claim, a federal judge said in an opinion resolving most issues in favor of the Arizona car auction company.

A trial is needed to determine whether the employee’s payout was properly reduced to account for a $30,000 distribution he may have received in 2016, Judge Roslyn O. Silver said.
