Campbell Soup Co.'s pension committee defeated a Third Circuit appeal by a retiree who said her pension was shortchanged because she wasn’t credited for more than 10 years of service.

Sherry Miller worked for the food maker, recently renamed Campbell’s Co., for nearly 30 years before her 2015 retirement.
