Former employees of a nonprofit serving low-income Boston residents agreed to drop their proposed class action saying their retirement plan is overly invested in a conservative fund earning paltry returns.
The parties agreed to have the three-month-old lawsuit dismissed with prejudice and with both sides paying their own attorneys’ fees, according to a joint stipulation filed Monday in the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. The one-sentence stipulation didn’t include details about how the dispute was resolved.
