Boeing, Workers Seek Approval of $57M ERISA Settlement

Boeing Co. and employees who participated in the company’s 401(k) plan have asked a federal court in Illinois to approve a $57 million settlement that would bring an end to a nearly decade-old class action that accused the company of paying excessive 401(k) fees (Spano v. Boeing Co.settlement filed).
