Bob Evans Restaurants LLC was sued by an Ohio employee who says the dining chain’s 401(k) plan is plagued by pricey funds, high administrative fees, and a poorly performing stable value fund.
The proposed class action, filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, takes aim at a retirement plan holding more than $100 million in assets and covering more than 4,600 people.
