Lawyers representing participants in Oasis Outsourcing Holdings Inc.'s 401(k) plan convinced a federal judge to award them $2 million in fees after they reached a $6 million deal to end the dispute.
The ruling, issued Dec. 20 by Judge Robin L. Rosenberg of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, ends a lawsuit that accused Oasis of allowing excessive fees in its multiple-employer 401(k) plan.
