AmerisourceBergen’s 401(k) Fee Pact Gets Court’s Final Approval

AmerisourceBergen Corp. finalized a $625,000 class settlement with participants in its retirement plan, resolving litigation challenging the plan’s fee levels.

The deal, which was first announced in March, is expected to provide average net payments of about $7 to more than 51,000 people with account balances in the pharmaceutical company’s 401(k) plan since June 2017, representing about 19.5% of their alleged losses.
