AmerisourceBergen, Workers Strike Deal in 401(k) Plan Fee Suit

AmerisourceBergen Corp. plans to settle a proposed class action by workers who say the pharmaceutical company’s retirement plan charges excessive fees.

The company, now known as Cencora Inc., reached a deal with workers after a private mediation session, according to a joint status report filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. The notice, which doesn’t include details of the agreement’s terms, proposes a March 19 deadline for submitting a motion for preliminary settlement approval.
